Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and meet with Hiring Managers
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Implement creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- 1+ Years Previous recruitment experience. Healthcare field preferred.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with candidates
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
